If you are using a Watchguard Firewall and backing up with CrashPlan you will need to have a few policies in place on your Watchguard web interface to allow CrashPlan to connect to the CeeJay Amsterdam Cloud.

If you have a Watchguard standard HTTPS policy running, this will block access to the CeeJay Amsterdam Cloud for CrashPlan PROe.

All the IPs/Hostnames are added as per list supplied by CeeJay Software for use with CrashPlan PROe in the CeeJay Amsterdam Cloud.

In order for policy to auto-order, the 443 policy needs to be separate from the policy for the other port numbers.

Traffic needs to be allowed on port 443 to the following IP address ranges which are for the CeeJay Amsterdam Cloud:

*ceejay.com
*.ceejay.net
crashplan.com
code42.com
216.17.8.0/24
149.5.7.0/25
149.5.44.0/24
50.93.246.0/23
50.93.255.0/24
162.222.40.0/21

Traffic needs to be allowed on ports 4282 and 4285 to the following IP address ranges which are for the CeeJay Amsterdam Cloud.

*ceejay.com
*.ceejay.net
crashplan.com
code42.com
216.17.8.0/24
149.5.7.0/25
149.5.44.0/24
50.93.246.0/23
50.93.255.0/24
162.222.40.0/21
